Electrical Construction & Commissioning

Sitewide electricians installing medium-voltage cable in an open trench on site
Intro

Licensed electrical construction and commissioning, from cable installation through to energization.

Sitewide delivers electrical construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning directly to owners, EPCs and general contractors. Our licensed crews cover cable and associated equipment, raceways, medium-voltage terminations and splices, classified-area installations, testing, completions and final turnover. For data center work that includes dedicated low-voltage depth alongside MV capability.

Scope

Service Scope

Construction scope
  • Cable and associated equipment installation, including terminations up to 4160V
  • Cable terminations from 24V to 69kV
  • Installation of all electrical raceways
  • Medium-voltage terminations and splices
  • Classified-area equipment installation and verification
  • Supervision, completions management, punch listing, QA documentation and system handover
Commissioning scope
  • Electrical pre-commissioning and Ready-for-Startup (RFSU) assistance
  • Cable testing: Insulation Resistance (Megger Test) and VLF
  • Completions management with ITR/FTR tracking and documentation
  • Vendor-assisted commissioning
  • Project management, oversight and supervision
  • Turnkey commissioning services
Low-voltage capability for data centers

Data centers place outsized demand on LV scope. Sitewide supports installation, termination, testing and deficiency tracking all the way to energization.

  • LV raceway systems below 1kV: conduit, cable tray, wireway and underground ductbank
  • Cable pulling for LV power, control, instrumentation and communications
  • Termination: prep, stripping, lugs, connectors, glands, heat-shrink and cold-shrink
  • Grounding and bonding verification for raceways, equipment, shields and conductors
  • Continuity, insulation-resistance, phase-rotation and point-to-point testing
  • Documentation and deficiency tracking through final inspection, turnover and energization
